Christmas Lunch

Dear PCS Families

This year, we are organising our annual Christmas lunch for PCS students on Wednesday 18th December.

We are looking forward to this fun and festive event.

Students will eat their meal in the main hall in their year groups and will be served by PCS staff. This is offered at £3.12 per student, or free for those who are entitled to Free School Meals.

This year we are automatically providing a free Christmas lunch plus a drink for all of those students in receipt of Free School Meals, unless they make it clear they do not wish to take up this offer. (There will be no other food available to them on this day).

If your child wishes to take part in our Christmas lunch celebration and is not in receipt of Free School Meals, please pay £3.12 on ParentPay - which has been set up specifically for this payment - no later than Monday 9th December and complete the Google Form (please complete one form per child) indicating your child’s meal preference. If your child is in receipt of Free School Meals, we will still need to know their chosen meal preference. This will give our caterers accurate numbers to avoid food waste.

There will be no other food or drinks served at break or lunch at all on Wednesday 18th
December, so if your child is not having Christmas lunch, you will need to provide them with breaktime snacks and a packed lunch and drink.

Students cannot request a Christmas lunch after Monday 9th December - only those who have paid the £3.12 ‘Christmas Lunch 2024’ payment option on ParentPay will be served a Christmas meal on Wednesday 18 December.
